Orders

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping is a flat $5, with free shipping on orders over $99. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, and PayPal.

Returns

  • You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Contact us through our contact page to start a return. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We don’t offer direct exchanges; for a different item, return your original purchase within 14 days and place a new order.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

  • We prioritize clean, organic, health-conscious goods with honest origins. OMC brings together independent makers and thoughtful finds in a more personal, less overwhelming marketplace. Let’s get back to the basics and help you the creator do what you love, create. We offer total fulfillment management including inventory, packing & shipping, and returns.
