Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States. A flat shipping rate of $5 applies to orders, with free shipping on orders over $99. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days once your order leaves us. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns

We want you to be happy with what you bring home. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly through our contact page.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at your preference.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case OMC will cover all associated return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase within the 14-day window and place a new order.
